Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love your EverSole experience. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to accommodate returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, as long as the product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
All returned products are inspected for signs of use or wear before a refund or exchange is processed.

Returns & Exchanges – Important Notes

Return shipping costs: Customers are responsible for return postage. We will provide a prepaid return label via email, and the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Tracking requirement: A tracking number must be provided for all returns. Refunds or exchanges cannot be processed until the returned item has been received.

Refund timing: Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after your return is delivered to us. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
International Returns & Exchanges
For international customers, the same conditions apply with slight differences:
